When we inadvertently left a small item in the room's fridge, the housekeeper tracked us down in the parking lot and returned it. There are actually containers for recyclable items on every floor. "Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "

"The front desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff was friendly. House keeping did a great job cleaning our room. Lots of parking with great lighting. "

"Everything was clean and well-stocked. I liked the wall-mounted hand soap and lotion at the bathroom sink and the mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. I can’t remember ever having hand soap in a hotel bathroom…it’s usually just the little bar of face soap. This small detail made a difference, in my opinion. Breakfast had plenty of options and oat milk with the coffee, which I appreciated. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they have on-site EV charging stations; however, I couldn’t get it to work, plus there were non-EV vehicles parked in the EV parking spots. That is my only complaint about my stay. Perhaps the staff could have helped me, but I checked in so late that I didn’t feel like dealing with it. Overall, this is a great hotel with nice amenities. Would stay again. "
