"I arrived very early, ready to ask if I could store my luggage until my room was ready, when I was handed the key to my room. I understand this doesn’t always happen, but it was great to get to my room a couple of hours early. My room was lovely with a view of the church. "The room was nice and spacious, the service impeccable, the gym was small but had free towels you could use and ice-cold water, which was great! The staff was so nice and you even get a free public transport voucher to use, so you can see Basel all you want!"

"The staff it’s really nice and helpful. This is my 1st hostel so I didn’t know what to expect but the property is well maintained, the breakfast top notch and the building clean overall. The only issue I have was when others are coming late and they don’t respect people are trying to sleep (but if you are in a group and all of you are together you don’t have to worry about it) this is not a facility issue.
