"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. "Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again"

"Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not...

"Great location, walked to jazz fest. We paid for on site parking which was very convenient. The pool was small but done well with outdoor "bar area" you could use that was shaded. Walking distance to French market and Frenchman st. Relaxed atmosphere. Only downside I could mention was little water pressure in bathroom sink - shower was great."

"We came into town for Jazz Fest and stayed 8 nights. Definitely enough time to form a review of this property. The staff weren’t professional, small incidents happened over the week. Regardless there’s a pool on the roof top which in that humidity is major. The room had washer and dryer also major. I’d say those were the pluses but we didn’t use either enough to say we’d stay again. Bedsheets were clean, everything worked and there’s a coffee shop downstairs as well as the streetcar line right...

"Hands down the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. We came down for the first day of Jazz Fest and this property just made our trip spectacular. Everything was great I don’t even know where to begin, from the location, the property, the room, to check in/check out. "Fantastic location, booked it for my brother's bachelor party. Walking distance from anything worth going to. We got an upstairs room and the huge covered balcony was a great place to hang out. Clean unit with AC and ceiling fans in each room. We'll definitely be coming back!"
