Definitely needing some love!

The bedroom and bathroom were ok but the TV in the lounge just flickered, the dishwasher had the front panel falling off and there was no shelves in the fridge. Good location and reception staff pleasant

Centrally located near Chinatown and Darling Harbour, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was nice and big, however it is a bit outdated and in need of upgrades (e.g. the bedroom wall had holes and damage in the plasterboard from another guest. The bathtub was also chipped). Overall, a good place to stay in the heart of Sydney

Unfortunately this property is quite run down. Although a convenient location I would spend the extra dollars to get a clean and comfortable room. The money I saved unfortunately will go towards a chiropractor as the bed was very saggy and rolled in.

There was not much that I liked about the property apart from a good location. The room smelled of old carpet, the bed was very average, small and the the decor and amenities in the room were from the 80's. When I pay over $300 for a room I expect much more.

Convenient location to things this end of town but the rooms we had were discusting. Old furniture old carpet which had a smell and the bed matress had no support. one of the two rooms had huge holes in the bedroom walls and the balcony was covered in black stuff never been cleaned, many more bad things to say not worth my time. Save your money and go to another hotel.

The property had a lot of defects, bathroom tiles dirty, toilet did not flus enough, the stove was rusty, roof leaking, bed did not have a mattress cover, the fridge & dishwasher had mildew, the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed, the staff were lovely & apologetic, but it wasn’t there fault. I do not recommend that hotel to anyone. We were 5 couples & everyone complained.

Birthday Weekend

Location of the hotel is great for access to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and Paddy's. One side of the lounge sank to the base whilst the other side had some type of projectile ready for launch in it and was unable to sit on. The bed had some type of sink hole running the length of it so it was an effort to avoid the precipice below. Bathroom would have been more inviting without the number of dark hairs present, and also the uninvited cockroaches that made an appearance even from the dishwasher. Stovetop needed a good scrub and some glassware larger than shot glasses would be appreciated.

No one on reception when we arrived and they didn't answer the phone. When finally got to our room, the door was broken, had to be forced shut and would not lock. There were empty spaces where the fridge and dishwasher should be. Tv remote not working and to top it off, toenails on the carpet. Absolutely disgusting!

Was given an interconnecting room which wasn't lockable, and also unclean! There were marks hairs on the sheets, hair on the hairdryer, stains on the bathroom bench & a chipped bath with mouldy wall tiles. Also there was damaged walls throughout & cracks in the light switches. Requested to be shifted to another room which they did, and new room was better in terms of cleanliness, however still seemed unkept & not the usual standard expected of Seasons.

There were a lot of problems with this property. The air conditioning didnt work. It said it was on, but the room was still quite hot. The internet went down for 2 days and was spotty after that, which meant I couldnt do a lot of the work I had scheduled. There were no tea towels to dry dishes, no dish drainer. You got one towel and that was it. It was a very cheap facility.

Horrible!!

I have never had such a terrible experience in my life. Despite changing the rooms, air-conditioning didn't work. Hotel didn't provide any hand towels and for 2 adults only 1 towel was provided. Property is outdated and needs desperate repair and upgrading. Vent over the shower was digusting and bath tub had rusty stains. I am never staying at this facility ever.
