Not as clean as expected. Didn't have flat sheet for the bedding, and saw some bugs in the bedroom. Good that late checkin was smooth. The receptionist was not available in person until very late in AM, but she is very friendly.

Location was great. Although the lack of air con is a big issue and everything’s a bit dated and sad. It could do with a spruce and lick of paint. Which they can definitely afford to do with the amount they charge, especially for the extras like washing machines and lockers. I paid an 8th of the price for hostels in south east Asia with better amenities and quality, And they felt like 5 star hotels. The WiFi was absolute garbage as well. It all feels a bit stingy, they really cut corners to save money, when they could do with air con, better WiFi (it’s the 21st century), electric locks, free luggage storage like the rest of the world.

혼자 여행하다보니 저렴한 호텔을 이용하고 싶어 여기 감 조식도 주고 리셉션 직원도 매우 친절함 다만 킹스크로스에 있다보니 치안이 그닥 좋지 않고 조식 시간과 체크아웃 시간이 너무 이름... 이거 엄청 중요한 문제임 혼자 여행하는 여성분이시면 여긴 비추예요 한달 정도 있던 같은방 룸메한테 물어봐도 똑같이 대답함

I paid for a 2-person girls only room. I was placed in a room with 6 other girls and one of them handed her key out to anyone including men. It was a total mess

It's a backpackers, roughing it is a no brainer. Sam was super friendly, the rest was so-so. What was promised on website was not accurate, needs updating.

Super venligt personale. Havde booket ene seng i 12 personersværelse. Blev spurgt om jeg ville have en seng på 4 personers pige værelse, da han kunne se det var ledigt uden at skulle betale ekstra. Den gratis morgenmad var hvidt toast brød, cornflakes, smør og syltetøj. Da der blev spurgt efter mere brød 2 min før morgenmaden sluttede blev der sagt nej. Ellers super fin beliggenhed tæt på tog og bus :)

5일로 결제하고 일정이 짧아져서 당일 취소후 3일 숙박하는 것으로 다시 결제 했는데 숙박안한 5일치 247.11USD 결제 취소 안해줌 당일취소이고 같은숙박이니 수수료 조금 떼더라도 숙박안한 5일치 환불요청해도 규정상 안된다고함 왜지? 같은날짜이고 같은숙소인데? 기분좋게 여행와서 기분 망침

Great helpful staff, great location and good value

Great staff VERY helpful. Fantastic location a few minutes from Kings Cross and walkable to Opera House area.Botanical Gardens etc, or take the BRILLIANT Sydney transport system, limited to $16 a day anywhere. Great value for money, it is a back packers but everyone was really curious and it was not noisy. $20 key deposit, $1 for cup, but free breakfast, toast, cereal, tea / coffee worked well. If you stay 3 nights or more you get free airport pickup, put the trip back is not free but only $16.

Auberge bien situé, propre, où l'on se sent bien. Cuisine à disposition pour se faire de bon petit repas. L'opéra de Sydney se trouve à seulement 30min de marche. Attention seulement si vous avez une voiture, les places sont limitées à 1h de temps.

Pretty good spot

Nice place, helpful staff, well maintained and clean. Quiet enough at night. The free WiFi is pretty bad and the free breakfast is bread and cereal and it’s only available from 7-9a. Otherwise no complaints. Great location too.
