Check-in took too long because he couldn't find my reservation. When it was finally found he said it's because there was another reservation with the same name. This is highly unlikely since my first name is very unique. There was not a lot of options for breakfast. The parking lot is very run down. We won't be staying here again."

"This property is not manned by people in the building. The entire check-in process is operated by a virtural agent. It made the experience more difficult than I expect at a hotel. For example, I arrived in the evening, wanted to make an adjustment to my stay (change dates) but was unable to do so. When we got to the room, we had would have liked additional pillows, but we couldn't get them because there wasn't anyone at the main desk, as it is only staff during the day. It was a frustrating experience."
