"Clean and nice just like home"

"There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "We absolutely adored this property! The kids had a blast. This is a great house for a large family gathering, and right across the highway from the Ark. It was clean and well stocked. Everything you need in the kitchen. I can't imagine a more perfect place for us. "
