"Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. "Hotel location is convenient enough from the main train station if walking around with luggage from the airport . We had a room on the fourth floor and it was super quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We took the bus and tram mostly to old town, water fountain, and restaurants. I thought the hotel was cozy and staff very friendly. Breakfast was included and adequate enough for a morning start. Overall, we really like this hotel for value and price point. I would highly recommend downloading...
