"Perfectly located in the centre of Montreux with an incredible backdrop of the lake. It is right on the water and so offers scenic dining and activities. The staff were so helpful and informative. They were very polite and smiley and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and tidy and there were compliments in the room making it extra special. The hotel had charm and little added extras that made you feel like you were in real luxury. We went for a few drinks at the Purple Fosh...

"We had a pleasant stay at the Hey Hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful (especially PASCHAL, Andrew and Olivier). the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is adding better lighting in the loft area. Overall, a great experience and we would stay there again."
