Wonderful location, down the road from the main train station and a short walk round the corner for trams to anywhere.
Enjoyable breakfast spread with a wide selection of coffee, tea and juices.
The only thing I was very unhappy about was the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in among all the hotels I have been to. The pillow that came with the bed was so flat I had to roll it up to get some volume.

"This hotel was truly a port in a storm. We were stranded overnight at Zurich airport when our connecting flight to Venice was cancelled. Our luggage had not made our flight. We were tired and discouraged. We got rooms at the Hyatt to stay overnight at the airport so we could make our new connecting flight at 7:25 am. It was wonderful!
