"Loved our stay here. The views from the hotel are incredible. Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have trouble getting into the laundry as there is only 3 washing machines on site and it is a large hotel. They did however refund unused laundry tokens at reception. The location out of Interlaken, which is a 20min drive, made it a very peaceful place to stay. There are loads of activities auitable for families with young children. Breakfast was included...

" Beautiful view from our room, This is a dated hotel, in a very beautiful spot. Has a nice pool, no hot tub, Sauna available upon request with 1 hour reservation. In our room it was a slight challenge to get in and out of the large tub to shower. Not ideal but it worked. Large windows and door that opened to a small deck. "
