"Clean, good staff, good breakfast "

"The temperature of the pool was too cold as was the sauna. There was no body wash in the showers which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Also the showers were cold in the evening but they were hot in the morning. We didn't have a good breakfast experience either. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table as it was very busy. However all the fruit was gone.and the bread and fruit juice. When our breakfasts eventually arrived some items were missing. Disappoiywith this supposedly 4 star hotel."

"WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. "

"4 night stay. Breakfast staff quite unnatentive. Appear to prioritise coach tour parties to the detriment of independent guests. We stayed here around 4 years ago and it was noticeably better then. Breakfast items and crockery not topped up or replenished."

"Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit. "

"This place is a must-stay for pilgrims to Knock. The staff are very gracious, always making you feel welcome and at-home in the hallways. The front desk is exceptionally helpful in responding to questions, looking up information online, and attending to guests' needs. "Room cold and decor needs to be upgraded. Breakfast mediocre. Evening meal was incredible as was spa. Some small tweaks would have made a huge difference. Staff were lovely. "
