Hotel Dekat Swinburne University of Technology - Wantirna

"Ok for a night"

"Decent room, proper fridge in room, having foxtel was a nice bonus. The shower leaked from the door which meant the floor was always wet. Parking was tricky as we weren’t aware of height restrictions so we had to hope for a vacant park to fit our vehicle every time we left and came back. Liked that it was a separate bedroom to the main living area. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. Across the road from shopping centre which was helpful."

"Expedia is a terrible organisation to deal with and i will never use them again."

"A tidy room for its age, plenty of space and roomy carpark"

"Stayed here as close to family. Clean, comfortable. Would stay again. Recommend."

"This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful"

"Great location for our weekend getaway."

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Staff members were amazing. Thank you for the free upgrade."

"Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again"

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night"

"The apt was very nice n layout was good. Location was excellent. Parking was convenient. The negatives were..the heating n air con unit was located in the living with no vents in the bedroom. Meaning one has to sleep with the door opened? Even then, it was not effective. One front desk staff was curt.. not rude but no warmth. "

"Very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent."

"King Arthur room was beautiful. Lovely spot to stay in Olinda. Terrific to have breakfast provisions provided."

"Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...
