"We really love it and have stayed often. The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and have been carefully renovated in recent times. The view of the marina is constantly changing and the location is perfect for visiting restaurants and bars in the evening. Falmouth is a great place for visiting other areas of the island. "

"I loved my room a little way too much! I wish I would have stayed in this hotel for more days. I was very impressed with my stay and how close it is to downtown. The only issue I encountered was that the hotel room that I booked included breakfast but the hotel was charging for breakfast. "

Not only is it very picturesque but it's got that old English charm and is steeped in history with a museum and walking trail to the Fort Berkeley, giving lovely views of the Ocean. I loved being able to take the boat across to the infinity pool which was divine and to Galleon beach. One can also take Kayaks out for a trip around the harbor. "

"We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. "Great room with a mini kitchen. Very well-equipped. It's right next to the water, but more like a fishing launch. Gorgeous beaches within a 15 minute drive though and access to StingRay City right next door. Lovely hosts who live on property. Quiet and comfy. Excellent value. "
