"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. "Lights and extractor fan not working in the room. Reports of worms in the swimming pool by other guests. However, we didn’t see any worms and thought the pool and leisure facilities were fine. Moved to a different room due to lights and fan not working then ended up with bed bug bites from the mattress. (Confirmed by pharmacist) wrote a complaint to hotel about this but received no response. Would not be staying there again. Expedia tried to help with some form of refund but hotel didn’t reply to them either."
