"Der empfang war nicht besetzt bei unserer Anreise, obwohl besetzt sein sollte, so angekündigt. Die Lage ist gut und das Hotel gepflegt. Zimmer frisch renoviert. Wir haben viel Zeit verloren, und sind um den versprochen Rabat in der Kristaltherme gekommen, schade. Gäste Freundlichkeit besteht noch Potenzial. LG John"

"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay.
