"The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "A very warm welcome from Dana & Christos. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, with fresh towels daily & frequent linen change. Complimentary drinks in fridge plus tea, coffee etc. Breakfasts were first class with a huge variety of food available .We also enjoyed many lovely meals in the evening & bar meals were available throughout most of the day. The pool was a good temperature & kept very clean. The staff at this Hotel are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, everyone smiles. Dana...
