The lobby and restaurant are full of cigarettes smell from casino. I have been changed room forth times because the room is only with heaters without air conditioners at 5th floor. The staff is not professional to ask us to change rooms without checking first. We are very tired after 4 times changing rooms to get air condition room in the summer time. Room looks updated but staff is not. So, we don’t have shower gel when we enter rooms. Alsways something missing to trouble you around.

Kumar oynamak için tercih etmeyin

Oda temizliği ve konfor açısından memnun kaldık; odalar geniş, ferah ve güzeldi. Ancak kasino kısmında ciddi hayal kırıklıkları yaşadık. Kasino fiziksel olarak büyük, ancak hizmet kalitesi oldukça düşük. Örneğin; yüksek meblağlarla (örneğin bin leva) oynasanız bile basit bir sigara talebiniz karşılanmıyor. Verdikleri sigara ise kendi markaları ve açıkçası içilecek gibi değil; paketten beş adet çıkıyor, kalitesiz bir ürün. Alkol servisi ise çok zayıf. Garson servisi yok; içkinizi kendiniz almak zorundasınız. Ancak makineler sürekli dolu. Bir içki almaya gittiğinizde, bu sefer oynadığınız makine başka biri tarafından kapılabiliyor. Yani hizmet zinciri oldukça verimsiz. Yemek konusu da başka bir sıkıntı. Sadece belli bir miktarın üzerinde oynarsanız yemek alabiliyorsunuz. Bu da öyle kolay bir eşik değil. Bedava olarak belki bir çorba alabilirsiniz. Diskont kazanmak da en az 500 leva gibi yüksek bir oynama limiti gerektiriyor. Makine verimliliği de zayıf; iki gece kalmamıza rağmen ne bizim ne de çevremizde ciddi kazançlar alan biriyle karşılaşmadık. Kıbrıs’taki casinoların o enerjisi ve kazanma atmosferi burada kesinlikle yoktu. Genel olarak otelin restoran kısmı da vasattı. Yemekler çeşit olarak zayıf ve lezzet açısından beş yıldızlı otel beklentisini karşılamıyor.
