"What a wonderful and affordable place to stay. We were met by a super nice lady who welcomed in to her home, gave us a welcome drink and told us all about what you should do in Hvar and around the island. The apartment was very nice with a cool lounge right outside. Only 10-15 min walk to the city center and 5 minutes to a supermarket. Would definetely recommend this place."

"This is a great family choice. The apartments Marija are a very high standard with good air conditioning. You have access to the adjacent hotels pool (Sun beds 20 kuna each ) and bar for those drinks whilst you can watch your kids. Sea access also from hotel (for older children as you use a short ladder into the sea , like a swimming pool). "The Villa was clean and lovely with views out over the water. The manager was ever helpful and courteous. Great restaurant 5 minute walk up the road called Ranch and a little grocery store just beyond it. I would recommend a cab from the ferry if you have big luggage as it is up a hill from town. Easy walk through a shaded path down to the Golden horn famous beach. There is a local tourist train that runs from ferry to beach every half hour and has a pickup dropoff point a few minutes walk from...
