"Says that they offer transfer and late check out until 00:30 which are both inaccurate. Stains on pillow and robes in the room, dated decor, wifi isn’t working, terrible breakfast. Not worth the money."

"The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. "Room was very clean and very nice. Staffs are very friendly and nice. The location was little bit far from the city but I like the calmness and peaceful environment. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap"

"This poor place is representative of the declining tourism in Cambodia. Although it was once a great hotel, we were the only guests. The staff were amazing and doing the best they could.
