"This was the first time in a location with no staff to interact with. The room was clean and the other quests at the location were very friendly. The bed in our room was to die for, so comfortable. It's like a B&B but it's just a B, your have to make your own breakfast. "

"The room was very clean. Included a microwave a small refrigerator, AC or heat. The bathroom had a blow dryer a large counter top bright lighting and good water pressure. There was a large TV with lots of channels a small table with couple chairs. There was an area to hang your clothes or wet towels. A large dresser too. It was quiet, although the middle of May, so not quite the busy time of year here in New Hampshire. Would definitely use the Newport Motel again :)"

"I stayed here the weekend of 9/22/23. The property looked as pictured. It was clean and suited my family of 3. It is not handicap accessible since there is a step outside the entrance, as well as 4 or 5 steps inside to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The only issue in the bathroom was that the toilet rocked a little, so that definitely needs to be taken care of. Beds were comfortable, but need much better pillows. "The townhouse was perfect for my family of 4 as we were skiing at nearby Mt. Sunapee (about 8 mins away!). The pictures honestly represented the property. The kitchen is a bit dated but the townhouse was very clean and very comfortable. The property manager was extremely welcoming and so very helpful when we had questions. The property is located on lots of open land so we were able to snowshoe with the kids on the property as well. Would definitely come back to this townhouse."
