"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. Merit Starlit Hotel Casino & SPA

"The staff at the hotel and concierge were extremely helpful and we had a great experience! The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel also provides access to private beach! However, there was an incident on our last night where the fire alarm went off at 1AM. All the hotel guests were evacuated and we ended up exiting from the casino in the hotel. The staff at the casino were extremely rude and did not provide instructions on how to exit the building at all. They all stood there and looked at all the hotel guests, then another staff from casino were rushing to get us out of the casino, not providing any instructions on where and what to do to get out of the building. Clearly the staff at the casino weren't trained to respond in this situation."

"Great hospitality, Flm per mikpritje. We had an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!"

"Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, and breakfast was delicious every morning. Free parking was a nice bonus, and we loved that they provided complimentary paddle boards and kayaks — perfect since the hotel is just steps from the beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"
