"My husband and I stayed two nights early this week. We have to go back to Susanville later this week for another two nights and have booked this same hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and we felt safe. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the toiletries were of high-quality. I'm more of a bath person, and I felt the tub was plenty clean for a bath. I'm picky about that. All in all, this hotel is a winner!"

"The staff were friendly, the room was clean, Not like staying in an upscale hotel but good value for the price.. There breakfast is great as they give you a voucher for the restaurant next door.."

"Room was clean and well stocked. Staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and cheap. I gave 3 stars for property only because of cigarette smell . we would stay here again"
