"We had a terrible experience. The shower and toilet in the bathroom were broken, everything except the bedding was filthy and dirty, and the furniture was broken and stained. There was no elevator. The staff was helpful, but the hotel is in terrible condition. It doesn't deserve its stars."

"Mr. Abdullah from Bonne Sante Hotel is a very supportive and kind gentleman. The hotel is excellent, located on the main street with the metro station just a 1-minute walk away. Shopping areas, food outlets, and restaurants are all nearby. I traveled with my three kids and felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed the trip!"
