Otel yeni ve çok temiz. Isınma yetersiz üşüdük, söyledik fakat tüm oteli 25 derece de sabitlemişler yani bir şey yapamadılar . Duş bölümünde sıcak su zayıf geliyor. Gece otel görevlisi dikkatsizce davranıp odamıza kartla girmeye kalkması ayrı bir durumdu , sanırım odayı konuklara gösterecekti, bu konuda daha dikkatli olmalılar. Otele girişten çıkışa kadar hep pozitif tavrıyla Sümeyye hanıma teşekkür ederiz.

Dolandırıcı İşletme

Rezervasyonumu haftalar öncesinden oteli de arayıp bizzat oda müsaitliği ve fiyat teyidi alarak hotels.com üzerinden yaptım. Rezervasyon günümde otele başvurarak giriş işlemlerimi tamamladım ve odama yerleştim. 3 kişilik rezervasyon yaptığım için odama ekstra yatak eklendi herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Dolaşmak için dışarı çıktım ve akşam otele döndüğümde otel sahibi olduğunu söyleyen biri önümü keserek bu fiyata bu odada kalamayacağımızı söyleyerek benden x2 kat ödeme talep etti. Ödememi haftalar öncesinden site üzerinden yaptığımı, üstelik bunu yaparken telefon ile otel danışmanından da onay aldığımı ekstra bir ödeme yapamayacağımı söylediğimde sitedeki fiyatın hatalı olduğunu fark etmemekle suçlandım. Sanki bu benim sorumluluğumdaymış gibi! Madem durum böyle, odama kabulümü niye yaptınız diye sorduğumda otel sahibi bu konunun da personelinin hatası olduğunu söyledi! Rezervasyonda hotels.com suçlu, onayı verirken otel danışmanı suçlu, odaya yerleştirirken otel veznesi suçlu, işletme sahibi insanlar otele yerleştikten sonra yan kesici gibi insanlardan ek ücret talep ederken suçsuz. Sonrasında googleda da bu konuda mağdur ettiği bir kaç misafirin yorumunu gördüm, tekniği bu herhalde son anda gelip mağdur edip insanlardan para koparmak. Dolandırılmak istemiyorsanız iyice araştırma yapmanızı öneririm.
