Bellissima esperienza!"

"Property is in wonderful location super central and strategic. High ceilings and quality/design furniture. Rooms cleaned very superficially… so room for improvement. Also, we often had issues accessing the room as the code wouldn’t work and wouldn’t get a response or resolution for hours on end which was very frustrating especially when traveling with a small child."

"This a more like upscale hostel in an office building. Communication is via WhatsApp - checkin is rather complicated as they referred to a yellow room which we couldn’t find and it turned out they meant Room 1.
Keys are stored in security box which was a bit outdated.
We booked full breakfast but never were served breakfast. Please be aware there is constant noise until 2-3 am in the morning even if you close windows. The only advantage is that it is walking distance from the old city centre."
