"The hotel was quiet, clean, and well maintained throughout - inside and outside (from what we saw, as we did not visit the pool or exercise room for example). Breakfast was as one would expect; well stocked with the typical budget friendly hotel options. The dinning area was adequately clean as well. For the cost of our stay: one night @ 150, I would score the execution by hotel management, and more importantly their hard working staff members as an A-. Well done. Travelers you can stay here...

"The rooms were really clean. So was the lobby and halls. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel stinks. Smells like mildew. Had to sleep with window open. Broke out with allergic reaction. I’m allergic to mold. Other than that, it’s great!"

"We had an especially helpful staff member named Augustine. The room was basic, but clean. The bed was a little hard, but I bring my own mattress topper anyway when I go to hotels. I would recommend this place. It was close to everything we wanted to see in Wilmington."

"The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed."

"Great hotel… but always book the top floor because you can hear footsteps from guests at all times of the night on floor below. Well run. Nice bed. Also suggest bringing your own toiletries because they off less than luxury brands."

"We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. There was a very strong odor of dog urine in the office. The owner/ receptionist had 3 dogs running around in there. The rooms were reasonably clean. However there were used false eyelashes and a couple of press on nails left on top of the microwave. The first day went well. The second day we went to the pool. There was an electrical outlet on the wall that my daughter plugged her phone charger into. There were no signs stating not to use outlet. The owner/...

"Arrived Friday afternoon to find the outdoor pool water was cloudy and green. Was told by front office staff member Scott it was my choice to swim in it or not. My 6 year old granddaughter was very unhappy with this result. The road construction in front of the hotel with orange cones. Made it difficult to enter and exit, not the fault of the hotel. No white milk on Saturday morning, so no cereal and Sunday no sugar for coffee."

"It's a new building property and everything looks new, except the bed seems like your sleeping in a wave, should have a a firm cushion bed..I slept like 3 hours, for people that don't mind that issue, I guess it's ok.."

"I live with ny daughter and 5 children. So when i get away for 1 day i love to take a bath. The bathtub in room 204 would not plug. I figured out how to makeshift...but this needs fixed. All staff was pleasant especially Chelsea the one who greeted and checked me in when i arrived. Very personable"
