"Everything was dirty and worn down. The pool was filthy as well as being full of leaves from the wind storm. The staff claimed the pool was only dirty from the storm but was covered in thick algae.. our door wouldn’t shut and staff informed us that we had to lady the door to shut it.. also our bathtub ..."
