"I will start with the good. The staff is great, the rooms clean and comfy. We had one with a balcony and I highly recommend getting a room with one, it’s a nice touch. "Our room keys did not work. We got a third key which did not work. I asked housekeeping to help us and was told their keys are not reliable. This was concerning. The front desk person was polite and helpful. We liked that the pool was open late. The room itself was clean. The bathroom really needed updating. There were noisy people outside just after midnight. I’m not sure I would stay again. "
