"We have stayed at Silver Tree and it’s absolutely wonderful! However on this visit, we booked with Expedia. We were not aware that the room we booked was 1 of 2 rooms not owned by Silver Tree. It was another 3rd party Vacation rental. So, beware, that if you book with Expedia, the hotel will not service or have anything to do with these rooms. It is all done through Taylor Made vacation’s. They only give you 1 key, no parking pass, and if you need any additional supplies for the room...

"Overall enjoyed the stay. Would recommend a king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a new bed in the main level master, and a bed be put in the basement bedroom instead of a futon. The water pressure for flushing toilets was not good and there was a sewage smell coming out of the hot tub drain. Parking was a little precarious and dangerous backing up and turning around on a hillside, also getting into the driveway was difficult even will 4wD we were spinning tires."

"When we first walked in the property, we noticed a weird musky smell. The outside lights on the back deck did not work so we could not light the backyard up at night. The pool table downstairs is not what it appears the area is too small to actually use the pool table and the downstairs has a very creepy feel to it. The hot tub is the best part of this property. The master bedroom bed was comfy. The kitchen was nice. Definitely a nice community very quiet. "

"Here are a couple or reasons I would not recommend this property. -Master Bath was not up to par. The water pressure was very weak and we could not shower when anyone was else was using water. The garden tub was not functional which was one of the reasons we selected this property. The hot water tank was not enough to accommodate 8 people. -The second floor guest bath, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, so much that mother in law felt a little unsafe when using it. -The microwave kept...

"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."
