"One of the worst hotels and customer service. The family room we had pre paid was apparently not in service. The hotel manager took almost 2 hours to figure out alternate room situation. They kept changing their version from telling us that we will be given adjoining rooms to it being unavailable to finally giving us rooms that had non functioning AC and we needed to ask for fan at night. Although the location is convenient and very close to Heathrow the hotel rooms being non functional and poor...

"Fairly typical corporate hotel. Cold and uninviting, but generally clean and well lit, long and labyrinthine corridors, easy to get confused! Nothing special about the food, but beware hidden service charge, only realised after I'd paid and resent this on a simple bar meal where I've gone to the bar to order my overpriced beer."

"Breakfast had a nice selection. Property is dated and rooms. Rooms aren’t cleaned very good nor is the hall ways of the rooms. We had a good sleep on their beds. But cleaning staff needs to do a better job of cleaning."

"We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park. The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood...
