"We love it up here. A true gem by the Russian River. This was our second stay up here and the staff and property are amazing. Spacious cabins, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and overall decor. The pool is such a treat, especially for the kids. And Javier, the property manager has been so accommodating and helpful during both our stays. Of course, super close to the beaches so a really convenient location. We plan to make this our regular summer getaway spot! "

"What a great find!! Beautiful well-kept property and cottages. We loved our spacious updated cottage, with front porch to sit on. We loved the grounds - so well cared for and beautiful. "Highland Dell is a lovely old lodge overlooking the beautiful Russian River. The host were friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant. Our schnitzel was excellent and the house-made apple strudel is unsurpassed! I keep thinking about it. The breakfast included with the room is the best, by far, I have had at a hotel. Try the pastries. The rooms are VERY small, but nice, like in the old days when people didn't have as much stuff. Get over it....
