"Nicely located within a 15 minute walk to the airport terminal, though a shuttle bus is also available if you have a bit of luggage. Also conveniently located to the T4 car park and bus terminal. Very clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Price for the night was reasonable and the check in/out process was quick and easy. Would definitely use this hotel again "

"This hotel is exceptional in all aspects! Immaculately clean, perfectly located, wonderfully staffed and comfortable as any 5 star accommodation anywhere in the world that I’ve experienced. I couldn’t believe how quiet the rooms were given that it’s right near the airport. Simple walk over to the rental cars to get on your way. The perfect place to stay after a long flight in to Auckland! "

"Convenient location in beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself was very neat, clean and well equipped. Definitely consider using the tourist village again when next staying in the area. Only issue was the inability to access the wifi during our stay."

"The hotel was convenient for the convention I was attending. I was upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close by for shopping at DFO and it was a short walk to a tram stop to get into the heart of Melbourne. There were lots of nearby options for eating. "

"The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. The DFO is a quick five minute walk which was amazing. The breakfast every morning is well worth the price and the staff each morning was lovely. Every part of our stay was top tier. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Seriously. They went above and beyond each day, even leaving a fruit bowl in our room halfway through the stay, and offering little lavender service that was super cool. I would definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend."

"Great location being situated close to all the local amenities and the city. Excellent, efficient and very helpful customer service at check-in. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being on busy Lygon St. North facing room made all the difference in Melbourne mid-winter. As a past resident of North Carlton, I would highly recommend this property. I only wish I had discovered this place before my visit to Melbourne for a reunion and stayed the whole three nights instead of only one...
