"Excellent service from all staff. The resort was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The safari guides had a wealth of knowledge about the park and wildlife. They could answer every question with confidence and engaged our children in q and a. "Amazing resort in Pilanesberg. Very high standard of service. Food and service first class. Safari vehicles well maintained and comfortable. Even have comfort stop during drives. Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool."
