" Pet friendly, clean room, and typical but good selection for breakfast. This was the last hotel from our long drive back to home and it was quiet, easy parking and comfy.
The young lady at check in was sweet and helpful. "

Silverado Lodge, Park City - Canyons Village by Vail Resorts
2/10 Terrible
"When we arrived it was late (9:30-10pm) and there was no one working the front desk, and we weren’t able to find the room easily. There was no map to help easily find it. We were only able to when we asked a janitor. Our keys didn’t work so we had to have security let us in after going back and forth between the Silverado and Grand Summit (the latter being the only place that had someone working that could help). There was a number but it didn’t actually connect to anyone, despite the property’s claim of being a number for 24 hour service.
Even though (after more than two hours) we did get into the room, our keys weren’t working so we couldn’t leave the room at all. The person I was traveling with was so fed up by the ordeal that he left so I was basically stuck in there until the morning.
The room was fine, but there were some cleaning rags left behind in the bathroom, which I didn’t appreciate. I also should have paid closer attention to the listing because I was unaware that the room only offered a Murphy bed for its sleeping accommodations. That was on me, but I never would have chosen that had I known. And the bed to room ratio made the space pretty much unnavigable with the size of the coffee table to maneuver.
I’m sure that this is not common of what one can expect when staying here, but I would never choose to stay at this property again. It was an awful and stressful experience from start to finish.

"I asked for a quiet room and it was an awesome night sleep. Quiet. Immaculate. And the price was reasonable. I added an extra night onto my reservation. The staff were very friendly, kind and caring. The breakfast was included and plentiful. There were scrambled eggs but mostly a lot of great carbs. Muffins, waffles, fruits oatmeal.
There is a coffee machine in the lobby that makes cappuccinos! All complimentary.
I didn’t visit the pool but I saw there’s a pinball machine and a pool table. I was able to walk to stores which was in the same complex.
Lastly, the exercise room was large and had machines and ample weights.
It was very clean.
I highly recommend and will return on my next visit to Park City.
Note/ it’s an old hotel but kept very well. "
