"WE really enjoyed our stay, all the staff was so kind and polite and just general happy and nice. I wish the breakfast was better, not a lot of choices compared to a Holiday Inn, also TV guide was not working the entire 4 days we spent there, could not even log into my Netflix thru the TV. But i may repeat that the entire was awesome. Also the outdoor was always clean and ready to swim, grand kids loved it."

"The whole space smelled like mold, the rooms were disgusting! We were moved to two different rooms. Both had food crumbs, toenail clippings, moldy bathtubs, horrible smell, and overall disgusting. The staff was clearly bothered by our requests for assistance and only offered a refund when we demanded to speak with the manager. We left and will never book with them again."
