"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. "こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！ 驚きました。 最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。 エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、 自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。 迷子になりかけましたが、 幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、 やっと使い方を理解できました。 一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが… こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。 お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。 外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！"

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "

"In general the premises were in good clean condition. In a nice area near the river and train, bus station. We don't recommend it for the summer period because it has no AC and no window nets. The most important issue for us was that the bed was too small for two adults 140x180 and the mattress was very bad quality. As a result, our feet hung off the bed, we could not sleep during our four-night stay, and our bodies ached every morning."
