" Let me preface this by saying, I came to Kota Bharu because I'd never been here and I was just doing a visa run for Thailand. I know I CHOSE to stay at a budget hotel and I get what I paid for but the rating for this hotel must have been bought and paid for. 1. No wifi in rooms (not on the 2nd floor) and the staff could care less. 2. No remote control (or control for that matter) for the air condition/AC. The phone number provided by expedia insisted that the hotel was in Melaka, but I Had to phone the actuall hotel which confirmed the location somewhere else. I contacted Expedia and they yet haven't responded. Do not book this hotel, it is the WRONG ADRESS."
