"The hotel was adequate for an overnight stay; however, several areas would benefit from attention. There is noticeable wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom, where the grouting around the shower and floor appears to require either replacement or a thorough deep clean. Additionally, I observed a red stain on the carpet near the bed. I reported this to the reception team, but the response was simply to thank me for informing them. I had hoped to be offered an alternative room, as the nature...

"The room was clean the bed was comfy, the shower need help, the air-conditioned was either really cold or really hot no in between. They have 2 elevators 1 did not work and the other was really slow, making noises, and jumping this wouldn't have that bad except we were on the 5th floor. The breakfast was not good. They had stale bread, broken waffles machines, and they ran out of everything including coffee. However the staff was very nice and helpful. I would say this was a bad week and...

"Loved our stay!! We stayed a few nights at a “fancier” hotel at the beach but when we arrived here my boys said “This is luxury!” :) The best place for a Busch gardens family vacation! Shout out to Patrick who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, thank you!!"

"The humidity in the place was horrible, they need to have every single ac system serviced and get them cleaned, the mold odor was in horrible to the point where we couldn’t breathe, the nasty carpet in the room was just unacceptable and on top of that the linen was dirty with hair all over and with the mold odor. This is unacceptable specially coming from a big company like radisson."

"This property was under construction and we were not able to use the downstair bathroom. Plus you had to go outside to get to the pool and if you wanted to use the fire pit you couldn’t because it was roped off. Another thing that disturbed us was you had to pay $12 a night on top of the room rate to park in their own parking lot which didn’t make sense because there were no other places that shared the same parking lot."
