"This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

"Satyam checked us in and he was very helpful. We had 3 rooms booked. He was ready with our keys and even recognised us by our name when we walked in. That felt so personalised. One of our rooms was on 2nd floor and he helped us with our luggage when he was just passing by and saw my girls bringing their bags up. Room was very clean Had Nespresso coffee maker. There was a microwave and a refrigerator and a stove with kitchen appliances and cookware. They have a swimming pool as well. No...

"I would highly recommend staying here. Very friendly staff, the room was comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake, and great ammenities such as the lakeside hot tub, swimming dock and kayaks. The breakfast was also great. Fluffy eggs and a selection of other tasty items. Quiet and relaxing!"

"We had a suite with jacuzzi bath which was a great addition to the bathroom. Parts of the suite looked a bit run-down, for example the mirror with lots of marks/dents/rust on, but this didn’t hugely affect our overall impression. One of the staff members we interacted with was lovely, helpful an enthusiastic. This is a definitely a nice place to stay in Rotarua and convenient for local attractions if you have a car "

"Our unit 23 was showing its age and a number of things needed repairs or replacement i.e. faucet needed to be repaired and wardrobe door handle come off when trying to open. The manager was very helpful and offered another unit, which we declined due to not wanting to pack / unpacked"

"Nice little room, good location. Helpful front desk staff and good parking. It’s next to a geothermal park which is a blessing and a curse. You are close enough to walk to this free geothermal park but the smell easily made its way to the motel and we found it a bit overwhelming at times. "

"Room was clean and staff was courteous. Walls are thin and guests next door were loud and arguing late into the night. Fixtures need updating and a bathroom fan could be helpful. Parking was extremely tight, especially if arriving last or late. FYI, motel resides in area of town that does smell of strongly of sulfur."
