We stayed at Hotel Rojan for 5 nights in September. It is a beautiful, clean and welcoming hotel. The family who runs the hotel are exceptionally kind and professional. It is in an ideal location in Sulmona historical center, and from there you can explore many locations in Abruzzo. Do not hesitate to book your stay at Hotel Rojan - you will have the best of both worlds - a family atmosphere in a professionally managed property.

Perfect Location in Perfect Town in Perfect Region

We love this hotel and have stayed here previously. Located a 60 second walk from a wonderful cobblestone street with restaurants, cafes, bars, gelato, etc. Yet the rooms themselves are perfectly quiet as they have modern noise cancelling windows and face away from said street. The region of Abruzzo is a total gem, full of hiking and hill towns, yet is only a 2 hour drive from Rome. The best part is the family that own and run the hotel are so kind and helpful.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Rojan. The family owners are very kind and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The morning breakfast was excellent with many delicious selections of pastries, fresh fruits, egg dishes, meats and cheese, etc. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room had a comfortable bed and was well air conditioned, keeping us rested and cool during the hot spell we spent in Sulmona. I highly recommend Hotel Rojan.

It doesn't get better than this. Perfect property, perfect location and the best staff/owners anywhere. You are in the historic district and only a few steps to the main square. The best part of this stay was meeting the proprietors and feeling extremely welcome. Not only did they provide an incredible stay, they offered excellent suggestions for what to do and where to eat in the town, but also provided suggestions for day trips that I would certainly have missed if planning on my own. I ended up extending my stay. If you are going to Sulmona, to me there is only one option on where to stay.

Hotel Rojan in Sulmona was a highlight of our road trip through Italy. It is run by a delightful family. The charming Rosanna and her son Gianluca as well as the grandson were kind and helpful in every instant. Gianluca designed itineraries in the nearby mountains for us, complete with artistic maps. We hope to return.

Wonderful family run hotel. It's like they can't do enough for you from check in to check out. They are full of local knowledge and can answer any questions you might have. If they don't know the answer they find it for you cheerfully, from restaurant recommendations to travel options. They serve an amazing homemade buffet breakfast with juices, breads, eggs, cakes, coffee. You must try this hotel. Located in the historic centre of town

Where do I start. Angela and her family (brother and mother) treated us as part of their family from check in to check out. Their attention to details throughout the hotel warrants the 4 star rating. Hospitality is a 5 star rating. Where do you find a nonna serving breakfast and talking about family recipes? The location is perfect. The hotel is clean and our room was comfortable and spacious. We would highly recommend making the trip to a city that has not yet been over run by tourists. We felt like a local, which is hard to find in other areas of Italy. We look forward to coming back and spending more time in the area and using Hotel Rojan as our base

L'hotel Rojan è stato una piacevole scoperta. È situato nel centro storico di Sulmona, quindi comodo per raggiungere punti di interesse, ristoranti, locali ecc a piedi. Si trova in zona ZTL, ma questo non rappresenta un problema in quanto all'arrivo lo staff ti fornisce un permesso retroattivo per entrare in ZTL e parcheggiare l'auto senza problemi:) le stanze sono grandi, comode e pulite. Ottima colazione, dolce con torte fatte in casa ogni giorno e salata, con salumi e formaggi freschi. Per ultimo, ma non per importanza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff!! Ogni giorno ci hanno preparato itinerari e percorsi secondo le nostre esigenze, per farci scoprire le bellezze dell'Abruzzo! Ci hanno svoltato la vacanza! Ogni giorno al rientro eravamo stremati ma felici❤️Non ci è mai capitato di trovare tanta gentilezza e disponibilità, ti fanno davvero sentire coccolati e in famiglia! Super consigliato❤️
