Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. "Perfect location in the Old City. The property management team was friendly, professional and communicative - and we particularly appreciated all of that with our very short-notice booking. The room was relatively large and very comfortable. There's a little noise in the street below that ends a little late and starts a little early but that can't really be helped and the supplied nightstand ear plugs were a nice offering as was the white noise of the air conditioner. "Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik was not only a stunning, historical venue, but the service was impeccable. I unfortunately had a bad stomach virus come upon me when we were staying. Within 10 minutes of calling the front desk for an urgent care recommendation, they sent someone up with a QR code that immediately made us an appointment nearby. I got the meds I needed and was back on my way. Breakfast and room service was also remarkably on time, hot and fresh, and so many great options. "

"beautifully restored, very comfortable, just a few rooms and guests. Very quite. Rooms were lovely and well appointed. Just a couple of comments, the curtains were very hard to pull/close and the music system for the restaurant was just under the window of our room. "Where do I begin? I had no idea I was booking the most gorgeous room in the most stunning building in a perfect location. Add to that an amazing staff! Shout out to Marin who greeted us at the old city’s gate and insisting on lugging our 4 large pieces to the hotel. Always a smile on his face, sweet, happy, and informative. "My stay at Apartments Noa Old Town was fantastic. The apartment was well provisioned with all the kitchen equipment you’d need, coffee, towels and toiletries. It was also spotlessly clean. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, within the old town within easy walking distance to Stradun and multiple bars, restaurants and shops in one direction and to the Buza Gate in the other, making it really easy for the airport shuttle, day trips and for the cable car.
