"When we got there to check in, they apparently had a up charge since booking so it was over $100 more then what we had originally been quoted plus extra charges that were not mentioned when booking, The guy that checked us in was rude and didn’t want to answer questions. It did not state extra charges when we booked through Expedia and wanted clarification and he threw his hands up, stepped back and said that’s just what it is. The elevator is terrible. Our room was very dark, no good lighting...

"The room was clean and spacious. My brother and I had a relaxing few days. We had travel to his son's graduation and it was a great time. The breakfast choices were not many but you could find something to eat. The hotel is near many restaurants and close to the airport. The staff was attentive and understanding. I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Staff were really helpful. There is also an authorised ticket counter at the hotel where you buy tickets to all attractions and they were usually cheaper than getting it online. The hotel is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Didn’t get to use the pool, but we will definitely stay here again."

"the rooms were clean and staff members including the " Capitan" were very helpful and kind. Pools were clean and nice . We went back on February.
