"Clean, very nice staff, facility a bit worn down for 5-stars hotel. Shuttle to town is limited hours and requires 2 days for airport, very disappointing. Elevators are not synced so a lot of no-passenger stops. A bit of a walk from Blue Line and BTS (BKK Airport) train routes—the lines are not linked so you need to buy tickets with each train line. Traffic is bad so best to book close to a train station."

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were all very nice and courteous! The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary conveniences. We used the pool once and had a great experience with the pool side drink service. A bonus is that the hotel is very close to the BTS train station, Terminal 21 Mall, and many amazing restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I return to Bangkok. Thank you for an amazing experience, Paradox! "
