ONYX Park Resort Ubud

"I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."

"This property was one to die for. The rooms were strategically located with hidden privacy for the streaming pool attached to the room. The inside shower was a work of art even though inside the room gave the feel of outside. The high ceilings which were handcrafted were a work of art. The dining area with the high ceilings have a warm feeling. The which prepared by the kitchen staff which seemed to be cooked to order was absolutely delicious. The Spa was one of a kind hidden at least three floors underground and what gave an outside look in the jungle with streams flowing and the birds chirping in the air for a nice and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this resort and give it 10/10. Give the opportunity I would definitely return to this resort again."

"We got the room with pool. It was bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, and the room itself was spacious. The buffet breakfast was great quality with a variety of options. The highlight was the service provided by staff; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very sad to leave this resort."

"Always an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Great food. And of course the elephant experiences. The hotel had to react to the government disallowing elephant rides, and they added several new experiences. A few things such as the light switches, AC control etc. are a bit aged by now, but that doesn't take away from the overall top rating."

"Blown away by it so next part isn't to negalate this. Main problem communication ,we didn't know afternoon tea is included so instead of getting to hotel spent it outside ( afternoon tea not great and no vegetarian options) . All the facilities not explained and due to jet lag /heavy wedding never got to grips with geography of hotel and got lost ...not enough signs to location of rooms especially. However after first day didn't bother walking ..just called buggy. Massage excellent. Breakfast for vegetarian cooked selection limited however still excellent. Staff ...amazing , treated like king."
