"This was a short stay. Though the online registration didn't work until I called, they helped me promptly and it was fine. Everything else was great. Make sure you have a working phone, you mustuse it at several stages to get to your room."

"A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. "The hotel is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Only thing that I was disappointed was there is no refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. They provide hot water in the lobby. Free parking spots are available but limited."
