"Amazing location to see koalas. Staff are very friendly. We were initially a bit apprehensive about a shared bathroom but it was a short walk and the washrooms were very clean. Cabin is small, but it was well stocked and ideally laid out such that bedrooms are separated from the kitchen area."

"Very clean and basic. It's an easy 2km walk into town along the beach. Good kitchen and shower was great. Cons : Unfortunately there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms (small portable fan though). Even with the windows open and it only being 24C it was stuffy and we didn't have a great sleep. If it was hot weather, it would be unbearable. Towels were really thin Toilet seat kept falling down A coffee machine would be a nice addition. It really wasn't value for money. Wouldn't stay...

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "
