"I spent $155 for one room for a night. When I arrived to check in, they said Expedia had overbooked and refused to house us. They gave us a phone number to call, not connected to them whatsoever, and told us to ask for a manager at another hotel nearby that would help us find accommodations. The owner/manager told us the wrong name, and even then, the other hotel COULD NOT help us. Considering they didn’t make the mistake in the first place, Eagles Nest or Expedia, did! "We stayed at Osage Village Inn from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25 for a vacation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the pool shown on the website, only to find out it was closed and apparently not planned to reopen anytime soon due to maintenance issues. This should absolutely be disclosed before booking. The customer service was also poor. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed anytime we needed...

"Stayed in room 312. Super clean. Not a fancy place, but very clean, beg was very comfortable and place was quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"Property dated. No fridge. Only one shower head worked. Light did not work over bed."

"You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep."
