"We were double charged for both breakfast included in our booking and the room itself. It took 5 phone calls to resolve. The hotel is old and not very nice. Pictures are misleading."

"Room was clean. Bathroom seemed to have been renovated. Biggest complaint is hotels.com says pool is open til 10 and it closed at 8. Doesn't open until 11:30 which stunk because that was a big reason I chose this hotel. Also, no elevator which is stated in the info but I missed it. Breakfast was good. Lots of hot food and lots of tables for guests."

"This is just another property taken over by a middle east family conglomerate where the entire family lives on site and no outside help is hired until the family fills all the jobs that they can. This is one of the better properties I've seen that fit this description. The bed was really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Much at the property was quite antiquated. From the paper print out where you sign/initial here here and there, they photocopy your license, and supply shampoo and conditioner in little containers on the sink along with little bars of soap where most of the hotel universe has evolved to the bottles mounted on the shower wall. The place was very clean except for big greasy spots on both headboards no doubt from a previous guest sitting up in bed. I don't like having to clean something like that when it should have been done with the rate I paid for the room."

"The room is not worth the price. It was terrible, everything was old, we did nit stay in the room because we were there for a conference. The bedsheets looked very old with the blanket in fact I was very disappointed that the amount we paid for the room did not equal to the room we got. Then they tell you they have free breakfast but the breakfast starts very early and ends at 9 am. I do not understand how many people made it to the breakfast. Then they tell you there's a free bar but its from 5 pm to 7 pm people are not even back. Very misleading"
