Hotel de Su Merced

Hotel de Su Merced

10/10 Excellent
"Service was impeccable earning the front desk manager a handsome (I believe) tip for which he was very gracious. It was our first time in Sucre and we got myriad travel tips and insights from the staff....all of which proved to be "spot on". The hotel exterior, courtyards, common areas, etc were BEAUTIFUL. Be sure to linger on the deck at the top (4th) floor for the BEAUTIFUL view of the city. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were lacking a bit by USA standards, but certainly clean and spacious (we had a junior suite). The location could hardly be better....just a couple blocks from the Cathedral, main square, and many other attractions. The VALUE WAS EXCEPTIONAL....could easily have been 1.5 X to double what we paid. If we are ever again in Sucre, we will certainly return to Hotel de Su Merced!!!"
